SECTION 1 - ONLINE WEBSITE/APP/STORE TERMS

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the reason ( such as cab un-availability, traffic delays, one-way pickup or drop, pending payment) at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website/app through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

The cab once arrived at the location for both pick up and drop  will be at standby for 5 mins if not the cab will move. No claims against Daftar Route if any delays due to traffic/barricades/vehicle break down etc.

SECTION 3 - PROMOTIONAL/REGULAR OFFER

Any discounted price/promotional rate for subscription plan, which will be offered to the customer/client via phone or an email is valid for only 48 hrs. If the offer/price will not confirmed within 48 hrs, subscription plan will be given at regular price/rate. 

To confirm the registration, make an advance payment of total amount. The renewal of the package will be calculated as per as the working days i.e after 22, 24 & 26 days every month from the date of subscription.

Daftar Route vouchers (one time discount) can only be used in Daftar Route services. Also can only be redeemed while they are valid.

Monthly packages are available on a Promotional price as well for limited period. 3 to 6-months minimum term agreement required and valid for new Commuters & Businesses only. After promo, if the service is cancelled, regular rates apply. Early termination fee of INR 4999 (+5%GST) applies if the monthly subscription are cancelled during the agreement term.

Promotional offer includes Home pick & drop on a sharing basis cab for 22/24/26 working days for all  shifts 24/7. 7-day money-back guarantee, 24/7 Support and 2-Complementary free rides.

Additional services charges may apply. The agreement term are subject to change during and after the promo.

The businesses which are already subscribed, by default T&C will be applicable as per the communication made via email or the invoices made. Upon termination entire monthly payment which has been communicated via email is payable, after 30 days prior notice of service withdrawal.

Occupancy condition & Monthly Price:

• Pricing Structure: Our subscription prices are fixed and determined based on geographical location. The monthly price for our services starts from INR 10,999. This price may vary depending on the distance between your home and your workplace.

• Distance Parameters: Our services are designed to cater to distances ranging from a minimum of 15 kilometers to a maximum of 70 kilometers. The final monthly price will be adjusted based on the actual distance covered within this range.

• Service Subscription: The subscription fee covers the cost of one month of transportation services from your home to your workplace and back, in accordance with the distance specified in your subscription plan.

• Adjustments and Recalculations: Should there be any changes to your commuting distance or route during your subscription period, we reserve the right to adjust the monthly price accordingly. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.

• Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription for the next month.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the beginning of each subscription period. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.

• Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy for detailed information regarding eligibility for refunds.

• Liability: Daftar Route shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any subscriber or any third party due to the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or breach of contract by Daftar Route.

• Service Modifications: Daftar Route reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time, including rates, routes, and service features. Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

Other service charge: Additional charge of 18% will be applicable on the total cost. 

1. Night Charges: For services utilized during nighttime hours (defined as between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM), an additional night charge will be applied. These charges compensate for the extra costs associated with night-time operations and ensure the continued quality and safety of our services.

2. Extra Hours: Should the duration of any single trip exceed the estimated time due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic congestion, weather conditions), charges for extra hours may be applied. These charges will be calculated on a per-hour basis and are intended to cover additional operational costs.

3. Parking Fees: Any parking fees incurred during the service will be the responsibility of the subscriber. Such fees may arise during the course of providing pick-up and drop-off services and will be added to the monthly invoice for reimbursement to Daftar Route.

4. Payment of Additional Charges: All additional charges, including but not limited to night charges, extra hours, and parking fees, will be itemized and included in the subscriber's monthly invoice. Payment for these charges is due along with the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Notification of Charges: Daftar Route commits to transparency in its billing practices. Subscribers will be notified of any applicable additional charges in advance, whenever possible, or itemized in the subsequent billing cycle's invoice for charges that are unpredictable or determined after the fact.

6. Dispute Resolution: If you dispute any additional charges applied to your account, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will review your concerns and provide a resolution in accordance with our customer service policies.

By subscribing to Daftar Route's services, you agree to these terms regarding other service charges. Our goal is to provide transparent, fair, and high-quality service to all our customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

SECTION 4 - RENEWALS & LATE FEE:

The renewals will happen on 1st of every month. Due date would be on 5th of Every month. User has to ensure that, he/she renew the monthly package before the due date expires, if not, INR 1000+5% GST will be applicable as subscription late fee which will be added into current billing cycle.

Prices for our services are subject to change depending on fuel prices, toll/tax, or an outbreak/pandemic etc. In case of any changes in pricing we will inform our monthly subscribed customers 1 week before any such changes in pricing take effect. For new customers, revised pricing will be used as default in such cases.

SECTION 7 - SERVICES (if applicable)

Our services may be available exclusively online through the website/app. These services may have limited availability and are subject to refund only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the price list of our cab service that appear on the website/app. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to provide our cab service to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of online cab pricing/km are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue of our service at anytime. 

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to cancel any booking of our services you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the availability of cabs/services per person, per household or per booking. These restrictions may include booking placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or booking that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit  bookings that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by vendors, travel agents or agencies.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate booking and account information for all online booking made on our website/app. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website/app (including, the release of new tools/application and resources).
