We utilize geo-location information for several purposes, including enabling you to view nearby drivers, setting your pick-up location, assisting drivers in identifying pick-up points, sending promotions/offers, and facilitating optional information sharing features.The locations helps the application to determine pick-up locations and routes and nearby cabs.

How do you get my consent?

 

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, subscribe monthly cab subscription, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Your credit/debit card information, banking information, passwords are never shared with any employees or third party vendors. We comply to PCI compliance guidelines on that.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Cancellation of Account :

To cancel your account or request cessation of information usage, contact us via the email address provided on your trip bill. We retain your Protected Information and Usage Information (including geo-location) as long as your account is active, fulfilling service obligations. Post-account termination, we may retain data to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and for business purposes. Your data may be anonymized and aggregated for analytical purposes while ensuring effective service provision.

Our website/app  is hosted on WIX.com. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to integrate various payment gateways such as PayU/PayUmoney/Paytm/Razorpay other where we can process payments.

Payment

 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your subscription, then Wix or payment gateways such as PayU/PayUmoney/Paytm/Razorpay stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your subscription transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your transaction. After that is complete, your subscription transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
