What is Commuter Plan?

It is a street pick up and drop service for registered customer only. You can book a ride via Mobile App and pay once the ride is completed.

Do I have to book my cab on a daily basis for monthly plan?

No, once your cab will be aligned on your home to office route, your cab will be booked as per your subscription plan.

How do I change my pick-up and drop location/cancel the service/other request.

What is BAN user?
One of our main motto is 'Respect Individual' which means we should respect and treat everyone with a courtesy and dignity whether it's your cab driver or a commuter in a cab or Daftar Route employee. Hence, while using Daftar Route services if a user or a Commuter found consuming alcohol, smoking cigarettes and other activities or creating service disruption will be banned and will be no longer using Daftar Route services. Note: Penalties for violations can vary. They can include fines, arrest, or removal from the service.
