About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven and persuasive Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for building meaningful business relationships to drive revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels
- Pitch products and services to prospective clients using persuasive sales storytelling
- Understand client needs, present customized solutions, and close deals effectively
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client goals
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity records using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- High level of self-motivation and results orientation
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email outreach tools, and lead generation strategies
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or startup sales is a plus
